I did have some issues tuning in the grinder to suit the coffee recipe I was trying to achieve. After numerous phone calls, texts and eventually returning to the store with the grinder Declan was fantastic. Gave me time and his expertise to get my issues with the grinder sorted. Nothing was any trouble and he even sent me home with a bag of his coffee.

This is the perfect grinder for me. I'm a 1 cup a day grinder (2 at weekends), so the lack of residual grinds and small hopper suit my needs. I ordered the unit late of a Friday, notified via sms on Monday it was on its way and was on my doorstep Wednesday (I live in semi rural Qld, 4hrs N of Brisbane. So that is QUICK.) The step-less increments make finding the right grind very easy. Bit of static in the process but I have got around it by using the pressure switch and holding the stainless steel cup for the whole 7-8 seconds it takes to grind my 18g of beans (apparently my coffee roaster says that is very fast!).
